On Saturday, the 6th of September 2014, the Australian Armour and Artillery Museum opened its doors to the public. This is one museum that you should not miss. The size alone makes this place worth checking out for any history buff or fan alike with outstanding exhibits on display from around Australia’s colony days through modern times, including weapons used in conflicts such as World War II, which makes it particularly interesting since we are currently living through another international conflict right now across Europe where people still use guns also called “arsenals.”
Visitors to the Australian Armour and Artillery Museum can enjoy a range of facilities, from family-friendly car parks to food outlets in case you get hungry on your tour. The museum also has an extensive gallery with many artifacts for those looking at them and history about Australia’s involvement overseas through its military engagements.
